Is it safe to order from your website?
Yes. All personal information you send to us is encrypted by security software. In addition, we will never sell or give away any of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.

What payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCHECK, and PayPal

What should I do if my order was wrong or never arrived?
Simply contact us and we will correct the problem.

Why did my order come in multiple packages on different days?
In order to offer the lowest prices possible, we work with multiple distributors and drop ship most of the products we sell. Most likely, your order contained items that were shipped from different distributors which is what caused them to come in different packages and arrive on different days.

How long will it take to get my order?
Generally, orders ship out within 48 hours, excluding weekends. However, during busy times of the year it may take slightly longer.

Why do ammunition and cleaning supplies have to be shipped UPS Ground?
Both ammunition and cleaning solvents are considered hazardous material, and therefore must be shipped UPS Ground.

What happens if an item is backordered?
If an item is backordered, you will be contacted via email to inform you that it is backordered and you will be given the option of canceling the item or waiting for it to return to stock.

What is your return policy?
Please review our Terms and Conditions page by clicking here. Basically, if it is our fault, we will fix it free of charge, and if it is not our fault, you can return it.

Why don't you carry the full line of every brand?
We strive to provide a variety of products and brands to our customers. Due to the large number of brands we carry, it is impossible for us to carry each brand's full line of products. We are constantly updating and adding to our selection though, so check back often for new products.

What should I do if I have a question about a product?
If your question is a general inquiry about a product sold on our website, simply contact our sales department through our Contact Us page. If the question is very specific or technical, we suggest you contact the manufacturer to make sure you get the most up-to-date and accurate information.
