When your order is sent to our warehouses, only the information needed to complete the shipment is included with your order. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Total Outdoorsman, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Total Outdoorsman, LLC. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed when your order is placed.
PayPal
In addition to accepting credit cards, Total Outdoorsman, LLC also accepts PayPal. There is no surcharge for using PayPal. As with credit cards, please be sure to provide your exact contact information (i.e. the address PayPal has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
PayPal allows us to provide our customers with the option of using an eCHECK for payment. We are happy to do so, but please note that it takes up to 7 days to process an eCHECK. Inventory levels during that time may fluctuate. In the event the ordered items are no longer available at the time the check clears, the customer will be given the option to cancel the order for a refund, or wait until the items are available. Total Outdoorsman, LLC reserves the right to limit these options at any time.
Google Checkout
In addition to accepting credit cards, Total Outdoorsman, LLC also accepts Google Checkout. There is no surcharge for using Google Checkout. As with credit cards, please be sure to provide your exact contact information (i.e. the address Google Checkout has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Taxes
Total Outdoorsman, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Alabama. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship out within 3 business days of receipt of the order. During busy times of the year, such as holidays and season openings, items may ship out slightly later. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Total Outdoorsman, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Please be aware that selecting an Overnight or Next Day shipping option does not guarantee that your order will arrive within 24 hours. All orders are processed in the order they are received as quickly as possible, regardless of shipping option, and are subject to the timeframes outlined above.
Adult Signatures
Many of our products require an adult signature. The carrier will typically attempt to deliver your package 3 times (although this is at the carrier's discretion). If an adult is not present to sign for the package after these attempts, it will be held at the local carrier distribution center for pickup. Customers are responsible for picking these packages up within the time allotted by the carrier. Packages returned to Total Outdoorsman, LLC or its suppliers, will be treated as a voluntary return and will be subject to all Refund/Exchange policies as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Method Changes
Occassionally items cannot be shipped via USPS. In the event USPS is chosen and is not an available shipping method, the customer will be contacted and upgraded to UPS at no additional charge. The customer must provide a valid street address for UPS delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are undeliverable by the carrier due to package refusal, recipient absence, or any other reason will be treated as a voluntary return and will be subject to all Refund/Exchange policies as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Backordered Products
If a product happens to be backordered, the customer will be notified of the backorder via email. The customer will then have the option to cancel shipment of that item or receive a refund.
Multiple shipping locations
Total Outdoorsman, LLC reserves the right to ship orders from multiple locations and cannot guarantee that they will ship at the same time.
Returns
All returns must have a return authorization code or they will not be accepted. The code is used to track the package and reason for return, therefore it must be clearly visible on the outside of the box for the package to be accepted. To obtain a return authorization code, please follow the instructions below.
Faulty order or product
We work very hard to supply the very best quality products available to our customers, but in the event a product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered, we will pay for the postage to return it and send a new one at no additional charge. If there is a problem, the customer must notify Total Outdoorsman, LLC within 30 days of delivery of the product . Email addresses can be found on our Contact Us page. A customer service representative will record the problem and supply the necessary information for the return and will also process the new order to correct the problem.
In order for a faulty product to be returned, it must not be used. Any product that has been used must be repaired/replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
Refund/Exchange
If their was an ordering error, such as the wrong size, color, weight, etc, or the customer decides to return the item for any other reason that is not listed on this page, it must be returned in new and saleable condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not pay for the postage on items returned due to customer error. If the customer wishes to return a product, customer service must be contacted via email in order to obtain a return authorization code or the package will be accepted from the carrier and returned to the customer with no refund or exchange. Firearm Accessories and Parts
Due to the nature of the product, firearm accessories and parts including, but not limited to, magazines, barrels, chokes, bolts, internal components, and trigger parts/groups cannot be returned for a refund (partial or in full) under any circumstances. If the product is faulty, Total Outdoorsman, LLC representatives will work with the customer and the manufacturer to repair the product or provide a new one at the manufacturer's discretion. As such, all sales on these items are final. Customers should contact Total Outdoorsman, LLC immediately should they receive a faulty component.

All images on this site are used to give the customer a general idea of what the actual product may look like. Total Outdoorsman, LLC cannot be held responsible for inaccurate visual representation of any product. If a product's size or appearance is of importance, please contact us or additional information before you purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all applicable laws, rules, and regulations for his/her area. It is impossible for Total Outdoorsman, LLC to know all of the laws, rules, and regulations of every state, county, and country in the area we serve, therefore, the customer is responsible for knowing which laws, rules, and regulations apply to them and the products they are using. Some products on our website are listed as restricted in some areas. These listed restrictions do not necessarily represent all areas where the product is restricted or prohibited; therefore, the customer must verify their local laws, rules, and regulations. The customer is also responsible for paying all due taxes if taxes were not charged at checkout.
